Palladium, this is interesting, has spiked to 16yr highs based on speculation of immense auto building to replace that damaged by Harvey.

Seems a bit too much for me. Anyone know if the palladium used in vehicles is reclaimed through recycling of junked cars or is it lost forever to landfills (until humanity eventually starts mining landfills)?

{EDIT} - More research to do here but this feels like there will be some nice short opportunities for palladium plays next week.
