I think the name was changed to avoid all the baggage of the lawsuit. It is my opinion that Rossi is clearing up everything that TRUXEDO requested in the the suit. So, since Rossi is totally clear of all liability, it is much better starting out w/a new company w/no history of a trademark/patent infringement claim in its background. My 2 cents. Looks like good news if I'm right.
