This is another thing that has not appeared after being PR'd. Too bad, really, as it sounds like an interesting idea. Of course, the down side is that they said they would have to issue convertible notes. Since the latest Annual Report (released July 31) only covers time up to April 30, we'll have to see if the next quarterly report mentions this deal as being done.

Today, someone spent $1000 on EGOH stock. Too bad that it will take $900,000 to chew through the current ASK, which will surely become bottomless if there is any action again.
