September 1st 2017 ((((UPDATE))))

Dear Stockholders:

I am pleased to say that we have completed all of our data entry and analysis for the upcoming stock dividend and we have coordinated this event with the iGambit registrar and DTC and expect that the process will be smooth. We expect that the iGambit shares will be registered in the next few weeks and expect to have the distribution immediately thereafter.

Additionally, I am extremely pleased that we will be releasing our year end numbers early and expect to have significant increases in year to year revenue in all sectors of our business. Together with the sale of the assets from healthcare, our numbers are good.

Our business at CyberFuels continues to grow both from existing accounts as well as new business from customers who have been testing our products for the past few months.

Our initial sales in Canada have been excellent and we believe that our customers have now logged over 3M miles using our fuel and additives. We plan on having an additional update with more specific information on our fuel business in the next few weeks.

Finally, as I mentioned in an earlier Presidents letter, we are expanding our Dynamo Additive product line. We have shipped the first order of our new Dynamo Marine Diesel Additive. We are very excited about this new addition to the Dynamo family of Products. Our new customer is Yacht Chandlers, Inc. www.yachtchandlers.com. They are based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and are one of the largest large yacht support companies in the world. We are planning a big rollout in November at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. One of our key partners for the rollout will be Yacht Chandlers. Additionally, we are sponsoring their 10th annual Crew Appreciation Party and will be collaborating with them on additional efforts leading up to, during and following the show.

Sincerely,

Ronald W. Mills, CEO
