Yes, in a perfect world. But first, it has to be mandated that all companies be SEC reporting. This "alternative reporting" nonsense is bullshit. It just opens the doors to fraudulent companies run by scammers to do whatever they please, shareholders be damned.

Walther is simply using the system to his own benefit. And no one else's.
