49.46M-3 x 4.04M-4 now. The next three asks are 750K-5, 1.625M-6, and 800K-8! No way to hit 0.0002 anymore since 0.0003 has been proved a New Unbreakable Bottom just like its Similar-OS peer's case!

You might see some 0.0003s occasionally from those remaining weak hands here... 0.0004 seems the Lowest price to get in before VGTL creates another New 52-week high 0.0021! I didn't see any OS dilution since it hits 0.0005 last week with 1.25M+ shares. Just 5M shares of Slapping actions will clear out all the dirt cheap 0.0004s and 0.0005s!

VGTL has $375.42K Enterprise Value which means $0.0007 per share EV based on the estimated 540M shares OS! Perhaps that is why it created a New 52-week high $0.0007 (which is 100% match with its EV) during the most recent bounce in June.
