I missed the point about the future movie, but at the very least, that means future profits are years away, and are all contingent on this tell-all book being such a smash hit that the public is crying to see it all up on the big screen.

[Other side point: in my research on book publishing, I came across the point that publishers aren't so much looking for authors as they are looking for an audience. So no book publisher is going to make a deal on the book unless they are sure there is a sufficient audience for it.]

That 25% sounds like an agent's fee to me. That certainly fits the evidence about EGOH's current business model of not actually doing anything itself (= producing a real product), but instead of being an allegedly 'connected' middle-man.

We can see its desire to be 'connected' because it has just announced hiring the unknown Midas Touch Media with its "extensive network of media contacts that it has rendered services for over the years." But that suggests that Midas Touch Media is going to be the actual agent in the future, and that EGOH will only get a cut of their cut, which is itself a cut of whatever real deal is made.

With no slight intended against Estrella Rodriguez herself, how is her deal with EGOH working out for her? Has anyone heard more about her, and seen any 'content' by her?

Also, why did EGOH just hire Midas Touch Media? What happened to the deal it announced back on Feb 6, 2017 with Talent By Talent, "a world-renowned media company with exclusive access to digital assets and content to be used on Pure Digitals platforms"? That was a 40% "ownership" deal.

Since I'm a stuck-holder, I realize that negativity is not in my self-interest, but false hope isn't in my self-interest, either.
