Yep but who knows how long this will take. They need to sell the company for a start. The strategic transaction they alluded to at the emergence of bankruptcy is now way too low a bid. Gold was 1080 at that point and silver about 13 or smth which values the company at or around the 1.3B mark according to their own feasibility study. I can't get my head round all the creditors just sitting their accepting 3c on the dollar when the companies assets in the ground rise so exponentially with price of gold and silver. Time will tell! Holding out for a black swan that sees Buffington jailed for fraud and the bk over turned!
