On May 18, 2017 the Company raised the authorized stock to 5,000,000,000 and added
two classes of Preferred Stock an Preferred A, authorized 500,000 and a Preferred b ,
authorized 1,000,000. All of the Preferred A was issued to Management. Also
2,000,000,00 shares was issued to management

Now, THAT'S what I call HUTZPAH!
