Glenn just recently had hip surgery so he's been in a recuperative period and presently going through PT. When I spoke with him last week he intimated that David Boise has been very active pushing this case through. There will most likely be another defendant added to the list which Glenn could not tell me about so keep your eyes open for another court filing. Glenn also mentioned that once the case has been concluded his main focus will be back on CMGO and XA... I would say 2018 will be a most interesting year!!!!! My hopes remain optimistic.
