there are only 2 responses possible and the outcome, revocation, is the same for both.
1) the company can accept revocation. it will then be revoked.

2) because of due process, the company can fight revocation. ( that costs money.) it will lose because they clearly were delinquen. mitigating circumstances don't matter. it will then be revoked.


instead of coming up with all kinds of reasons why this should not be revoked, people would make much better use of their time studying the history of past suspensions for delinquency. learn what happens when trading resumes on the grey market and try to develop an exit strategy. hopefully there will be a small window of time where you can recover something.
