It never had potential.
Their sales where ALWAYS a fraction of their expense.
This was never a viable business. It's business was all about creating new shares and paying millions to the execs for creating the opportunity for all their investors to lose 99.99999% of their money every few months.

They did not sell the business because people with money don't tend to buy nonsense business that ALWAYS LOST MONEY.

They proved it wasn't viable every year.
