I do have to agree with you on this.

Even a billion shares (if this really works) will have investors flocking to buy in as it rises higher and higher.

Take a look at the share counts of some successful pharma/bio meds; they are all north of 500,000,000 shares and some are 1 billion or more. None of them have what we potentially have here (again if the past 3 patient results can be duplicated in future patients).
