If there is no R/S then there has to be a buyback. With all the dilution happening and releasing of shares they will say there won't be a R/S all they want and then do it anyways. They don't care about the share holders. They have a profitable product. They don't need us. Their stock is already at the lowest it can go so they have nothing to lose.

Everything I say is in my opinion, do your own DD and make your decision wisely! Don't spend more then you can afford to lose!
