1) Low volume. Smart people should be averaging down here. This is mostly just market makers walking it down.
2) Summer months. This stock will start to heat up around October
3) Needs to get current. Says its in the process. That would be big

There is improvement in revenue, so it needs time. But maybe were reaching the bottom.
