You need to look at all the secured creditors and bond holders that are ahead of all non secure share holders.

Alamo what turned the tide is court order to pay all legal fees from past corrupt managers. Those lawyers will make sure they get their money. Sorry but it's over I sold all at large loss yesterday.

The other option is hang on to your UNXL for next 5 years to see what happens in bankruptcy court.
