Borrowed money has to be

increased to help fund

the relief efforts for

all natural disasters...


Points to consider...


National Guard is the 1st

line to rescue and mantaining

order along with Coast

Guard and now Border Patrol...


FEMA is the relief entity

which moves in to give

aid to people as conditions

improve enough...


FEMA cuts the millions of

checks for Disaster Assistance

that are going to be cut

in Texas and Louisiana

in coming weeks...


TENS of BILLIONS are

going to be paid out...
