Yes could be I wish we knew his intentions here if any. To me it seems Francine is holding off any move to intervene in a positive way with Boreal water. I can't figure her reasoning for it but she could have sold the company and benefited everyone involved last year and she held on instead. At this point could Boreal still be benefiting St. Elie, is it a stall tactic to hide something that would be found out as illegal I just don't know?
