One would think "Charlie" would be doing his job im providing some form of rudimentary awareness to attract potential investors.

Wasn't he the one that said that the company's stock would open at ten cents and run to a dollar per share?

Specifically WHY did Christopher misrepresent the truth when stating that there would be no reverse stock split until the company had acquired a revenue-generating business and became more stable?

His credibility is done with, as far as im concerned.
