In 2015 Epazz Spun Off FlexFridge.

They created a website, issued stock, and started promoting. The supposed mini-fridge idea bombed and was R/S'ed after less than 6 months of trading. The remaining stock was then sold to Asian investors and it became VW WIN Century, a sturgeon theme park business.

How do you go from Flexible Fridges to Sturgeon Theme parks? The only things the two businesses have in common are, Shaun Passley, A photo-shopped website, no product, and no financial reporting.
