what will be with shareholders if the company decides to accept the revocation and submits the form 10 and all? will all shares be kept by the original owners? I feel like they had the accounting records they just didn't file because they didn't have the funds. but why is this the only option, can't they make their case within 10 days as to why they didn't file? is it a case if they had no funds to file?

Regarding the address issue that indeed is weird not sure what will be with that and what effect it will have on the company being compliant again. Is this something the company can be sued for?
