Considering the current international climate regarding terrorism (which is increasing), and with an ever so strong demand for B.F.R. security systems (especially mobile systems), I find your forward looking vision for IWSY to be quite blurry indeed.
Visage [VISG] did quite well (post 9/11). Before the planes hit the twin towers there were plenty of naysayers who were criticizing that company's B.F.R. MIT-based technology + their management, saying that the stock would never get back above $3 a share. Hello!!! It opened at $15 SH the day WallStreet re-opened for trading. Look it up.
One man's perceived "fluff" can be another man's sweet proffit. Companies get sued for stating B/S. Forseeable dilution you say??? Just a theory of yours I'm sure. But perhaps you should consider the fact that their revenue increase IS NOT a theory. It's a trending fact.
When it rains, sometimes it really pours down, but don't ever bet against even the chittiest of umbrella manufacturing companies during the rainy season... You can lose your azz or a grand opportunity to make $$$ thinking that way.
Target, cease fire.
