I'm very new to buying stocks and have dropped a substantial amount on BVTK. I am very patient especially if I'm waiting on Government Contract news to make an impact. The higher the value of the contract the longer it takes to complete the contract. Contracting officers and acquisition specialist do not want to make a mistake and this isn't buying paper from a supplier with a government purchase card. The government and DOD are committed to giving smaller companies an opportunity to obtain larger contracts. This may involve subcontractors to perform some of the work. This may be why the the news of teaming up with other companies. The main contract and subcontracting plans must all be completed so it takes time. It just wouldn't make since for Tom to prematurely come out and say he has landed a contract until everything is finalized. I'm in this for the long road like many of you are.
