Let's not overlook Nathan's defense of the fake ID from the same U.S. Attorney's Brief. According to Nathan, it wasn't a "fake" ID - even though it was made without the army's sanction, and the SS#, address, date of birth, and RANK were all false - because it WAS Nathan's real name and photo. LOLOLOLOLzzzzz



Interesting to note that Nathan was discharged during this legal action and BEFORE his conviction. Had he not gotten out when he did, he would at a minimum have been discharged other than honorably. If there were any justice, he also would have faced a military court over the falsified ID's for himself and Spariosu. IMO.
