So let's see if this is about right. For every 1 share of FITX we are going to receive 1 share of FPFI which is trading LOWER Than FITX (hard to believe). At that point FPFI will be more diluted and FITX shares will be rendered more worthless than they currently are now. Wow...what a deal.
