WmaMac is a 4 period weighted moving average of the MACD "fast" EMA
SigWma is a 4 period weighted moving average of the MACD "Signal" EMA
MACh (blue) or TRXh (red) are histograms of either a MACD or TRIX indicator
STO is a 5/4/3 stochastic %D line
