Harvey has only been projectable for

about 24 hours or so

ahead due to the Virgin

stall and roll path...


About mid Sunday or earlier

it started becoming clearer

in the path for the turn

back into toward Houston

again for 3rd landfall...


How the bands of heavy rain

came down over 100 miles

East of Harvey and over

Houston area primarily

was a very tough thing

to predict...


But knowing where the water

is now and where Harvey

heads again is better known...


Precaution now seems obvious...


Moving people into sturdy,

large buildings on 3rd

floor or higher is also

something to consider with

shelter in place...


Have to move people

already saved thru

tough rescues to

safe havens against

further potential...


Don't look...another wave

blooming overnight in the

Central Atlantic that isn't

even being watched yet...



Harvey just spawned fast

under Ideal conditions

that are always in the

Gulf during late summer...LJ
