Those revenues were slowly being siphoned off for her private company.

Remind me which Canadian State Lavoie and the company are located in again? I know a couple of Canadian CEO's who might be able to give me the name or number of someone in the Canadian regulatory system so that something can be done about Lavoie - starting with her disbarment as never being allowed to serve as a company Director in Canada or the USA ever again.

At least some kind of investigation should be started and so her records should be subpoenaed, unless she's already destroyed the really incriminating stuff already.
