I think it was obvious to Shareholders
that when Francine stated in a 8-K that she
had fired Patrick Heyn, CPA because of
disagreements over the scope of the Audits
and over valuations of stock paid to Management,
she was engaging in fraud.

I think why I and others did not sell was the
value of BRWC - generating $ 2.5 M yearly -
and the low price of BRWC with a potential loss
or increase in stock value.
