IF MONAKER uses our common stock funds of which is "us" to up-list which they are considering (read the pre-14c) and you will see that they are going to do a 1 for 1, which that would be the best for us, a 1 for 2, a 1 for 3, or a 1 for 4 reverse split............

I don't think that a 1 for 3 would be sustainable......a 1 for 2, is possible, IMO, but a 1 for 4 is completely out of question.

Expect to lose a minimum of what your value is or more.......

COULD BE A COMPLETE BUST..........

Maybe they need to throttle back as much as i don't want that and let's do some advertising to the BIG BOY's the one's or demographics they can't seem to get to.......How about some good old advertising right into their ears and eyes........
