This is how it goes and is a reminder for everyone here. When you see a company say that they have fired their accountant, at the same time look for statements in that filing along these lines

"XXXX (OTC) today confirms that Joe Bloggs it's accountant has decided to leave the company. XXXX would like to confirm that there was no animosity or disagreement over accounting policy at all whatsoever with Mr Bloggs and wish him well in all his future endeavours, we would like to tank Mr Bloggs for his five years of service to the company and wish him well for the future. To confirm, Mr Bloggs is not leaving XXXX due to any disagreement of any kind whatsoever."

Here's the point I'm making. What I'm about to say didn't hit me till I read something similar to the paragraph in italics above. In all the times we saw Lavoie file 8K's saying she had fired her accountant, not once did we ever see a statement like the one above.

What I now realise was each time she filed those 8K's was a wake up call for investors.

The reason why I say that is because it's now obvious to me that each time a new accountant sat down and looked at the books, they realised immediately that she was skimming off the business from the listed company to put it into her private company and each new accountant realised this was going on without too much difficulty.

When they refused to go along with her wishes and cook, fry, saute, bake and microwave the company's books all at the same time, she fired them.

But each time she filed an 8K, she didn't say it was not because of some disagreement or other.

Be careful and watch for those words carefully in future!

I wasn't in this stock at the time the company got delisted. People need to contact the Canadian authorities. If you can get her disbarred from ever being a company Director in Canada, then she's completely f****d!

My post are my opinion only. You should do your own due diligence before investing in any stock or take professional advice. I am not an investment advisor. Kind Regards.
