Harvey has vaulted energy and energy related funds into short term leadership. I think that will fade after a few more days although looking to open a first bite of natural gas FSNGX in the near term. A resumption of the bull looks likely. FBIOX had a strong week and the return to leadership for the bull leaders looks likely as well.
