Agree > Aperture is not the way of true scam company & what you said was my take as well. Stock purchase agreement was filed and just read what Condor over on bankruptcy reviewed had to say about it and he too seems to believe that company is trying to do the right thing and unlike some, his assessment is backed with solid DD :)

I’ve never seen such a thing, in 34 years. I’ve seen lots of pre-negotiated discount callable subscriptions, but never one that set a hard dilution limit, in favor of all prior common stockholders at a public company.
