DCLT 'HQ' in Friendswood likely to be flooded ~OUTT. Current warnings from both Galveston and Harris counties are that the Friendswood area near Clear Creek, Mary Creek, and Chigger Creek is expected to see a peak 8 to 10 foot flooding as a result of massive rain over the next days.

Mid-20 inches of rain for Houston and 53 inches predicted INLAND that will drain and flood downstream into the rivers and creeks and overflow banks of low-lying areas like Friendswood and Richmond.

Sugarland has levees which are being inspected and will be monitored for 'boils' when the water comes. A major levee fail will inundate Sugarland if it happens.

Lots of value-adding basement swimming pools - the one advantage.

Bad news: Data Call data feed may go down. Good news: Nobody will notice.
