Ok, here's something I'm sure you looked at the data on, wondering what you've seen regarding small insider buys. The old Adage "many reasons to sell and only one to buy" ... I know it's bs, but really does the data show this? Maybe the only reason CEO's buy is to instill false confidence in retail? Wondering when the buys are smaller than 5% so no 13-d/g are required, simple form 4's with + numbers and P/A's in the right boxes- the short and medium term returns on those micros... How many actually pan out. Is insider buying actually a sell signal more often than not?
