But if merger is not successful it will take necessary actions not only to move back to pink status and move to US market....

well both offices are in vancouver, actually few blocks away and 15 minutes walk... check google map

maybe just maybe at some point in the past. they might have met say in Starbucks, some Vancouver meetings or parties
