I'm not sure many are aware that Goldy's first broker job was with brokerage firm, First Jersey Securities. The firm specialized in promoting "Pump and dump" penny stocks to unsuspecting investors, many of them elderly, who lost their entire investments when the stocks inevitably crashed. Next he decided on Blinder & Robinson (nicknamed Blind 'em & Rob 'em) the notorious boiler room scammers who also ran the same penny stock P&D scheme as First Jersey. The "three call close" that Mark learned to use in order to close investors on these penny stocks was devised by Mark's dad, Jay, (who was the rigid training chief there) and was perfected by Mark's mom, Anita, another B&E employee - it appears it was a family affair. He continued that scam for years then bounced around until he found his calling at MEXP/INOH where he could be his own boss and run his various P&Ds as he pleased. Goldberg has a lengthy history hawking pink sheet scams, at age 60 he won't be changing his spots.
