If VAPE and Hive are doing great according to you, then why isn't it reflected through communication from management to investors? No SEC filings since May 3rd, no press releases since June 1st, a year behind in financial filings and no Instagram updates on Hive's page in nearly a month? They've gone dead silent. If things were moving along well, you'd figure management would get the word out to investors and help the lagging stock price, considering they are diluting the crap out of it right now. If they have to dilute to pay off old debt, fine. But wouldn't it be wise to have the note holders convert at a higher price to pay off the debt quicker? Just not making sense to me.
