Go from there?

The problem is that there might not be anywhere to go from; at what PPS and delays in TRW-divi will there be a lawsuit?

Another problem is that there might not be any SIAF after the divi; who would invest in SIAF with the a-shares if SIAF over and over again promises to do cash divis and buybacks, but never performing - also demonstrating that the company couldn't care less of the PPS, and that the CEO is greedy (he just diluted us with shares to reward himself - if you use book value as a fair value for those shares then he just took the whole profit for H1...).

The earlier SIAF steps up, the more likely we are to avoid lawsuits and the more likely we are to have a company that is possible to invest in after the ex date.

I were about to say that the market doesn't forgive easily, but that's not entirely true; I think SIAF will suffer with a low P/E and P/B quite a while even if they start with shareholder-friendly actions, but there are always new suckers like me willing to take a chance :p And SIAF has an incredible potential, not only the TRW-shares.

I thought the COSO-strategy and the deal with ECAB preventing dillution meant that SIAF had started to change into a more shareholder-friendly company, but SIAF still shows it's ugly head with delays, broken promises and "minor" dillution (in breach with the contract with ECAB?).

However, I'm not going anywhere! I'll cling on to my shares until the ex date is released, but my plan was to stay a shareholder in SIAF for many years. The way they decide to run this company makes me question that plan, but it's not to late :) I hope they have good news for us in the CC next week (i.e gotten rid of the collateral shares - I guess they might/should delay the TRW-divi till those are gone).
