In fact this is a great thing because it shows cooperation with the old management. And it also shows that Tillman has done his homework, he knows who deserves to be fired. There is a reason why this company went bankrupt and it had nothing to do with Tillman. In order to turn it around it is going to have to cut back down to 60 Tillman is not the one who lead this company into the ground, therefore it should not be his burden to have to fire people who worked under the old management, at least they are doing it themselves, before the deal closes on August 29.
