A proper PR campaign costs $50k a month. Why would Mr Gurba spend that kind of money when he could buy another company like big red.
In otc land, PRs are issued mainly to sell shares/notes.

I say, run the company well, show us the debt conversion and a positive bottom line and the money will follow.
