We need to separate the person(the individual) from the CEO. As a trader, for me he is a CEO. I don't care if he is honest, good father, good guy, good husband, brother, etc.

As a CEO he is not good at several levels. At informing the market he is a zero.

He is failing on his fiduciary duties since months, and, this is all that matters.

His alleged honesty doesn't bring anything, and, do not put money on investors pockets, and, that is his DUTY as a CEO.
