I've read up on this and kept tabs on the lawsuit. Thanks for the info btw.

I'm still holding 18 million shares of this turd. Hopefully they will figure out what they are doing before the years end so I can figure out if I'm going to write these off or hold them. I guess either way it's a win win to offset some gains
