I do agree that deferring or postponing payments to vendors (Accounts Payable) is not a sustainable long-term strategy. But, it is an effective short-term strategy for managing cash. NWBO is trying to get to data lock, data analysis, and top-line data release. I doubt that NWBO will try to payoff all of the increase in Accounts Payable this quarter. They can not afford to do that. They will probably pay some of the oldest invoices, and hold some of the newer invoices.

Once the DCVax-L top-line results are released, and if the top-line results are favorable, NWBO's stock price should increase exponentially, and then NWBO will be able to do a capital raise to improve its cash position.
