One should have no issues placing an online Limit trade with E-Trade.
One wouldn't be able to purchases with Fidelity, Schwab, Ally, and a few other brokers who don't allow "non-Pink Current" stock purchases.
There's been significant buying recently (not me), and there's no DTC chill on $GOIG. That tells me some kind of restart has begun.
I also see that all the recent buying has been on the Bid at $0.0001.
I'll track this for a few days to see what happens.
