I am not able to copy and paste the lawsuit. But as you would expect, the allegations are that Doug and Frank made material misrepresentations to the public and Feinberg individually (including but not limited to financial projections they knew or should have known were not achievable, that there would be no further dilution, etc) which induced him to buy and hold shares. Feinberg was one of MARA's largest investors and the damages could certainly be in the 7 figure range. But even if awarded a large amount in damages, not sure how he will be able to collect as my guess is that this shell company will be long gone by that point (which is likely why he is going after Doug and Frank individually as well).
