What if SIAF have to reduce dividend as EURN?

Q2 EPS was only 0.03 $ and some persons say that they want a dividend of 0.15-0.25$ quarterly. The prices and earnings of SIAF are only the prices of live cattle/ beff and fish / prawns, SIAF can not choose.
