This entire notion that the financials have been held up in a court is false.

The truth is that Ken M. sued the auditor and transfer agent over shares issued to a former executive of MYEC that the company never issued.

Ken did not win the lawsuit against the auditor, but DID win the lawsuit with the transfer agent.

The public records show deeds conveying properties to Greenpay and Myec. You cannot deny that fact.

Public records also show properties being conveyed into other entities owned by Ed Starrs.

You cannot deny that.

The financials filled did not reflect the real estate the public records showed was owned by Greenpay and MYEC.
