With regards to PE for SIAF the 2nd quarter was not a normal quarter either. It is low and far below fundamental values.

WHY doesn't your fund manager care or even take a quick look at a company like Siaf with a low p/e and p/b, what do you think??

This is also a topic that has been covered to boredom. Few funds have mandate to invest in SIAF in its current state: a "Chinese" company (even if its not) listed on OTC, and requirements of higher daily turnover in the nr of shares traded and marketcap. Even though the potential is there for SIAF. With signals that F-1 is getting closer, TRW-distribution and PRE-IPO it is getting there. I think.
