Dividend policy doesnt work or only works first time. Dirty ships companies had this policy many years and failed... EURN example

Well if you like them are reducing the divi y/y with 90% it is not that strange...is it??
They still have a p/e of 5,5 and a p/b that would give Siaf a pps of 15 dollars....so not really sure what you are getting at here!
